We run various initiatives to support the career development of Kuwaiti Nationals. These include a dedicated graduate scheme, the Retail Management Programme and part-time working. Our Nationalisation team visit Kuwait universities throughout the year to speak to students about working in retail, and we run summer internships in stores for high school students and young disabled people. The retail industry in UAE has grown rapidly over the last decade and we actively encourage young Emiratis to be part of this dynamic industry through our summer internship programme in association with ‘Yes to Work’.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

KSA is one of our biggest growth markets. As part of our commitment to Saudisation and Feminisation, we run various training and development schemes to give both male and female Saudi Nationals the skills they need to develop a successful career in retail.
