Corporate Induction Programme
All new employees at Alshaya go through our company induction programme. The aim is to ensure you feel at home from the moment you join us and to help you become familiar with the way we do things. And of course, if you are relocating from one country to another, your induction will help you acclimatize to your new home.
If you are joining in a management role, you will spend a longer period going through a tailored management induction programme, which will help you to perform your new role with complete confidence, right from the start.
Training Courses
The Learning and Development team at Alshaya offers a wide range of programmes to suit all employees. These include core training programmes to develop job skills for those in our stores, and tailor-made programmes for managers and future business leaders.
Alshaya realises that we must develop and retain our people and a key to this is our aim to attract more graduates and school leavers from the Middle East Region, particularly GCC countries.
