To realise its highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, the company is currently looking for a proactive, commercially focused and profit driven H&M Operations Director for the Middle East.  Based at Alshaya's Head Offices in Kuwait, the H&M Operations Director will have the exciting opportunity to develop this trendy clothing brand throughout in the Middle East.

• Store Operations Management
• Brand development & business planning
• Accountability for the P&L & strategic management of the Retail Division's Real Estate portfolio
• Maintaining & developing relationships with host brand
• Team development and leadership
• Property strategy development
• Marketing, Advertising and Promotions
• Role balance: 70% operational & and 30% strategic

• 10-15 years Operational experience gained in Fashion & Footwear including a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions
• Strong background in visual merchandising
• Directorship and development experience of very large retail store chain (stores ranging from 700 to 1.200 sqm. each)
• Working at a senior level in a renowned company, top global retail group or major multi franchise operation
• Technical knowhow of business analytical tools
